About Dorsoduro

In Dorsoduro, you leave one museum and soon find another reason to stop. The neighborhood is home to the Gallerie dell'Accademia, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Punta della Dogana; the dome of the Salute helps you spot the tip facing St. Mark's.

After the galleries, keep the rest of the route outdoors: walk toward the Zattere, facing the Giudecca Canal. The scenery widens. Save the other museums for another afternoon.
